Songs Performed in William Finn’s Cabaret
In April, two of Jennifer’s songs were chosen for William Finn’s NYU cabaret: “How Each Year Will Start and End,” written with Will Aronson and performed by Sally Wilfert, and “The Hot Drumming Subway Man,” written with Niko Tsakalakos and performed by Demond Green.
Theatre Building Chicago– STAGES Festival 2009
Theatre Building Chicago hosted the 2009 STAGES fest ival of new musicals on August 21-23rd at Theatre Building Chicago. Jennifer Stafford performed in her last Chicago show for 2009 in “Opening Day”, Book and Lyrics by Steve Delchamps, music by Doug Voegtle.

Theatre Building Chicago– STAGES Festival 2009
Jennifer’s song “Oprahoma,” written with composer Dan Wessels, was chosen for the opening show of the STAGES Festival of New Musicals at Theatre Building Chicago.
“The songwriting craft is showcased in a new topical revue written specifically for STAGES. Works include numbers by Martin Charnin, George Stiles and Anthony Drew, Wally Harper and Sherman Yellen, and Owen Kalt and Elizabeth Doyle.” –Theatre Building Chicago
